It has some scrapes on it, i flipped my car, the spoiler only sustained some scarring from the tire wall :-) Its structurally perfect and the paint marring didnt make it down to the carbon fiber. Unless you have a San Marino Red Prelude, you'd need to sand away the paint anyway so its a moot point. Sells for $400ish new below.
