peirce way to welcome someone new... damn its not a sh so that makes a non-sh go fawkin be technical somewhere else.. Tee Dot I really would rather have the 5speed ..Im sitten at 90,000 miles and have had no problems but am fully aware of all the about the auto nightmares. I also heard from an unreliable resourse that auto nightmare was more prone to models before the 99 does anyone know if thats true?

^Nope, 97-01 preludes all had the same sh!tty auto transmission. Keep it out of sport shift and hope for the best...

when i was at the dealership ordering parts, i got a chance to look at the screen and it said base in one column and typesh in the other. technicaly, it is indeed called a base then. no?
