what the f*ck, clutch help

I have a 96 prelude Si vtec with an m2f4 tranny and a couple of weeks ago it wouldnt shift. I got some advice and adjusted the clutch pedal it was working perfectly fine, better than ever, the car seemed to have more power. today all of the sudden it will not shift again, I cant imagine it is the clutch itself. I would think once thats broke it just broke, am I right?

Could be a leak in your clutch line or slave cylinder.

Lol a hydraulic clutch means you DO have a reservoir. It's right next to where the break fluid is in a smaller container of the same sort. It uses brake fluid as well.

Did the reservoir have fluid in it?

is there supposed to be any fluid in the boot of the slave cylinder? if not, then I need to change it right? in that case, I see the two bolts and I see the lines I have to take off to replace it but how do I disconnect it from the piece that comes out of the tranny?

you unscrew it off the hard line. and there should be some grease inside the boot

when I manually squeeze the slave cylinder, I get movement in the reservoir with the fluid, does that mean it is working? should I start looking at the master cylinder?

Look under the hood while someone presses the pedal. Insect the slave and master while someone is pressing.
