**I was giving constant gas the whole time and yet there would be that huge drop in rpms which would bring me close to stalling. And yes I know how to drive manual

I was letting the clutch out slowly b/c of the weird rpm drops caused by the problem I'm trying to pinpoint**
here's my current setup: H22A, 9Psi JRSC, 550cc injectors, Hondata S300 + P28, 3bar Map Sensor, AEM Cold Air Intake, Kamikaze Header, AEM pulleys, Custom 2.5" Exhaust + Greddy Evo Muffler, 2.5" Testpipe, QTEC Exhaust Cutout, Coolingmist water injection, Crane Cams Hi-6 fireball ignition + LX91 Coil, 8.5mm NGK Wires, Greddy Oil Catch Can, Throttle Body + IAC Coolant Bypass, PLX-M300 Wideband
The car has been running like a dream for 20,000 miles with the JRSC and all the mods installed. I haven't done any new engine mods for this past year. The car is tuned with a 14.7 A/F ratio at idle and up to 50% throttle, 13.5 A/F ratio from 50-90% throttle, and 12.0 A/F at WOT; no sign of detonation.
The problem happened the other day I started up the car and wanted to go out for a drive. There has not been any problems leading up to this point.
The car idles fine and revs normally in neutral but when I put it in gear to back out, the car would bog and the rpms would fluctuate like crazy which sometimes lead to a stall. In addition when that happens, the vacuum gauge shoots upward for a moment and my A/F gauge would read abnormally rich. Once in first gear, the car would drive smoothly without any problems but in certain instances at low rpms, the rpms would bounce like it did in reverse and the car would bog. I guess the problem only happens at low rpms...
Based on my normal idle, I don't think it could be a vacuum leak. Could it be ignition related?
