well I was having the same symptoms as I stated earlier. It turns out that my secondary o2 was shorting out against my heat shield and blowing the 15Amp alternator, vss, ecu, etc etc #14 fuse. So I got a **** load of cel's and along with the dead speedo under 5200k

I'm checking the manual and fuse 14 is cruise control and at 7.5A. What is the Description of the Fuse?

Daytime running lights (DRLs) are a low-cost method to reduce crashes. It can improve the noticeability and detectability of vehicle in the central and peripheral fields of view.
