Unorthodox or AEM pulley

I have been reading post on both pulley...
there is seen to be a debate of the long term affect on the Unorthodox
Does that mean the AEM is safe to use???
what are the gain differance??? Do you gain that much from pulley?
which one would u get, if you were to do it all over again....

AEM doesn't make a crank pulley. The debate was about crank pulleys. You can use either UR or AEM accessory pulleys, they won't hurt a thing. I like the UR accessory pulleys, as their machining quality is top notch.

I wouldn't use a solid crank pulley, though. I have a "group buy" type of thing for real aftermarket harmonic dampers (crank pulleys) from Fisher. It's $225 for the harmonic damper (either size) if I can get 5 people. Here's the link:

Hmm... you know where I can find the UO accessory pulleys online? Everyone seems to sell either just the crank pulley or the whole package. I found one place, but it ships only to the US =(

You will probably make more on the AEM pulleys, as they are larger (more underdrive), but the machining quality on the UR's is superior.

I don't know of any online speedshop that sells them, but UR sells them separately (expensive!), but I bet any UR dealer could get them.
