Turbo Charge or Super Charge????

Hi my prelude is just running 268bhp but i want more power. Am thinking of sticking either a super charger or turbo charger but i dont know what would be best.
I was thinkin well vtec kicks in late like a turbo so maybe the super would be better suited.
Could i get some ideas from people so i can get a better picture of whats best suited for the car and me.

Many thanks

Dont get me wrong 268 aint bad but am just a power freak, i want more.
I want to leave scoobys and evos in my dust.
My prelude has unbelievable torque and leaves scoobys and evos but they soon catch up in 4th and 5th gear.

Just dont know what would suit the engine better, a super charger or turbo charger. Love the sound of a dump valve so turbo i would like but cant make my mind up

small turbos spool up right quick like evo and scuburu stock ricers have on them anyway the point of big turbo that spools later is to get the real hp gain that will destroy that oem crap, just having bov noise doesnt make it fast lol

Supercharger for low end TQ but you say you already leave them at the start but they catch up in 4th or 5th, i would say go with the turbo improve that top end acceleration.

I your engine makes the power you say it does N/A then your compression ratio is too high for boost, you're going to need to completely rebuild the engine before you think about boost.
