As I mentioned before, this intake requires modification to the cruise control to fit (since it is a JDM product). I redid my installation in the comfort of a heated garage and found a lot more room. I also snapped a shot of the inside of the pipe so you guys can see how smooth it is, I know there has been some concern about the airflow dynamics in this kind of intake. For those of you with imagestation, you can check out my album
here for full sized pictures and captions.
Finding some extra space for the intake
Inside of the canister (around 5" ID), smooth bend and great welds

Cruise control secured with a little wire, you don't want to let the cable bind up
Overall fitment is pretty good
This intake angles the filter down right into the cold air source where the resonator used to be.

Just a fun shot showing the air path to the throttle body.
I hope you guys like it, I would hate to think that I wasted $25.00! If you are interested in one of these, look for Tsai1996 on ebay. The 4th gen model should fit without the issues that I had on my 5th gen due to a different cruise control layout. As far as I know, I am the only USDM 5th gen with a big chamber intake
