timing and balancer belt adjuster help...

im sick of searching to come up with nothing. What do I need when do my 90k service, on my 93 VTEC. I have timing belt, balancer belt, cam seals, water pump, I need some kind of adjuster right, well please tell me what, and the part number and where I can buy it from. Majestic, I have been to and dont know which to get there are like three different parts called the "adjuster" Thanks. Im getting frustrated.

i have a Helms its right here in front of me. Im still unsure on what to buy, the auto tensioner, the adjuster, or what??????????????????????????
