throw out bearing question (pics)

just took my tranny out yesterday ever since i could not shift correctly.....here is the throwout bearing which fell apart pretty easily? does anyone know if its supposed to fall apart pretty easily and or at all? also since i got everything apart i'm pretty sure its still a stock clutch/flywheel........thinking about upgrading to a exedy street organic clutch / flywheel.........good choice for all around driving/track?

anything else that could be the problem because before i couldn't totally shift.....i would have to basically would have to let go of gas and ease in the gear w/o accelorating..........i know my clutch isn't slipping and i hope it isn't the syncros..anything else it could be?

let it be known i will prolly replace the clutch slave cylinder and throw out bearing......anything else?

When I had my 5th gear grind fix, I had an ACT (street) clutch put in and a new OEM release bearing. The flywheel was resurfaced but I had a lighten OEM one put in afterwards.

I don't think you'll need to reomace the clutch slave cylinder... save yourself 50$.

The reason he's replacing his slave cylinder is because the pin that goes in and out of the sucker just popped out.... I'm not sure but I dont think thats normal.
