Think i found a new lude FINALLY

So i wrecked my 01 Sh in March and have been on the hunt since. But after MANY fails i hopefully found a new Lude. Me and my wife loved our prelude and most of the ones we had checked out just didnt meet what we were looking for ie:sh, manual, new engine, not a piece of **** etc... So i'm driving by this car lot that usually has the crappiest cars that no one wants. I dont even know how this guy makes any money. But i find a gem. I pull up to find a 97 or 98 SH with full JDM kit, type s spoiler. eucalyptyse green. asked the guy for the key to check it out. the steering colum plastic was pulled off because apparently they had to get a key made. the clutch was all the way to the floor. but had a bunch of mugen interior **** i'd never seen. pop the hood has hytech header and AEM intake. i noticed new engine mounts. I got screwed on my last lude because of the infamous crank shaft problem that prelude had after aprox 120k. that this is a plus. checked the motor its a h22a4. had a donut on it and a lil side fender dent. Its a fixer upper but well worth it if i can get if for a good price. so i ask him how much... $2700. I'll go take some pics and post them so ya'll can see if theres anything i missed that someone could point out. So you guys please wish me luck with this. I miss being apart of this community so much. the only that i dont like is the tan interior, but thats no biggie when it has everything else that we've been looking for.

Tell him $2,100 and you will pay right now. Sounds like a good find!

Sounds nice but I'd never get an SH, worst trim ever.

That's a matter of opinion. Most SH owners in this community (myself included) love the trim level, thank you.

RVRCTYLude--were you able to get the car?

+1 - I love my SH too! Bought her new 14 years ago and never regretted it for a moment
