Tein HA's... Just a few general stiffness questions...

To those of you running Tein HA's, what are your stiffness settings for Daily Driver and Track? Also how do you like the configuration? Also, which direction is softer and which is harder (using clockwise or counter-clockwise)?

Next thing, is there a certain range in which I should keep my stiffness? For example if I regularly run on the softest or hardest setting will the shock wear prematurely? Anything I should keep an eye on...

Also what about height? If I keep it slammed at like 1 finger gap will the shocks wear prematurely? What is the lowest that is ok to roll around that will allow the shocks to last?

Thanks so much, Jordan

Counter clockwise is soft. Softest setting occurs when the knob stops. DO NOT turn past 16 clicks clockwise or you may damage the shock. How do I know? Lets say it's from experience...expensive experience...

I run 8-10 front and 10-12 rear on the street ... count clicks from full soft (going clockwise)

On the track I run 10-12 Front and 12-14 rear on 215/40 R17 Toyo T1-S set to 42psi front and 38 psi rear.. I also have a 28mm anti-sway bar, Upper Front and Rear Strut Bars and Rear Lower tie bar and also the Tein pillowballs... My car is lowered to 1.5 finger gaps in the front and 2 in the back..

Hardest turn I've made was on the Mosport main track pulling 1.12Gs in one of the corners. Recorded on my Apexi RSM...
