Suspension suggestion for 5th Gen Prelude

Hey guys, new here. I have a 2000 prelude with KYB GR-2's, and skunk2 coil overs. My current spring rates on the 10kg/mm (559 lbs/inch), and 8kg/mm (447 lbs/inch).

Now the problem, my tires are cupping due to the struts being blown (I think), the ride is pretty rough; and very loud due to the tires. My camber is maybe -1.5 in the front, and a little less in the rear. I'm thinking about picking up some 6kg/mm custom springs for the front (335 lbs/inch), and putting the coil overs over some koni yellow struts. I've been told this will help the car have a much better feel on the street, a little less handling ability. However, I'm wanting something that will work well for the street; while, still being sporty and fun to drive.
-Has anyone run a suspension setup with 335lbs/inch FRONT, and 447 lbs/inch REAR?
-Does it have a good ride on the street?

It's between this option, or the tokico illumina suspension kit.

I currently have Eibach Pro Kit lowering springs and Tockico HP's and although I love the springs, I can tell that I really need a better strut. I too am considering the Tockico Illumina's, but also I am looking at the KYP AGX's, and the Koni Yellow's. I believe that the tockicos are the qorst of the 3. I have heard all excellent things about the Koni yellows. I think I will go with either the KYB AGX's or the Yellows, buts thats just me. I would say alos check out my Function and Form coils..
