Strut Bars: brand name vs. no name

I'm about to upgrade my suspension and am now looking into front/rear strut bars. From a few people I've heard that it doesn't really matter what brand of strut bar you get because they all serve the same purpose in the same matter. What do you guys think? eBay strut bar vs. Brand name. Thanks.

I'd go solid bar up front. The Neuspeed bar is probably your best choice IMO.

The way i got mine is Neuspeed front and tanabe on the back but if you can find a solid strut with no links thats even better... Neuspeed would be the best for the front the back, u can get any strut!

My mate had an ebay bar but changed out to a Neuspeed one after a month and noticed a huge difference instantly. Neuspeed FSB FTW

This topic has been discussed before. See here: strut bar question

Basically, you're better off buying a brand name if your comparison is an ebay bar.

At the same rate, you'll get more bang for your buck if you buy a rear SWAY bar

Strut = top
Sway = bottom

Those who have Auto-x'ed their preludes have always went the route of rear sways and nothing up front. There was a very through discussion regarding this a while back, but i'm too lazy to find it.
