Starting Problem

I came home from work and parked it. The car was running normal. No indication of troubles AT ALL! I got up to go to work the next day. When I tried to start the car nothing would happen except turning of the engine. I have checked timing belt, spark plugs, fuses, and battery all good. Any ideas on why my lude isnt starting?

Is there a little green keylight flashing on your dash? i cant remember if it will even crank if that lights on though...other than that.... check in this order (you already got some)ground wires, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and fuel pressure....i feel like im forgetting something for some reason though

When you turn the key to "ON" listen for a relay click. No click means you likely need a new main relay.

Just scroll down to 5th gen and download it. It's a good thing to have.

Hmmmmm.... thats weird if its not fuel pressure. erm this may sound stupid but its last thing i can think of at the time make sure you have gas in the car lol the gauge may be messed up or something shake it and put your ear up to it. dont inhale the fumes though or try to siphon gas out of the tank if you cant hear it... have you made sure your getting spark?? or just checked the plugs and distributor?

I put some starter fluid through the intake and it started up. I then noticed it was a fuel problem.
