starter grind with fidanza flywheel

So I occasionally get the infamous starter grind now. I know some folks filed the teeth on their starter gear to get rid of this but I haven't been able to find any specific directions on EXACTLY how to file the teeth (or better yet, pictures). Can anybody help me out?

all you need to do it take off your starter, get a file, and file the first 1/8th inch of each tooth where it actually contacts the flywheel (you can see where it contacts because the metal will be shinier), and just file it at a 45 deg. angle. I'll take a pic tonight when I go to work of an angled tooth starter.

sorry to bring this back from the dead, but I think i'm getting this grind too. Were you able to take any pics of this? How unsafe is it for the starter to do this? I only started getting the grind recently and I've had the flywheel for over a month.

Didn't Fidanza fixed this problem on their new batch of flywheels?

I fixed it completely by grinding the starter teeth a little bit. Give me a day or two and I'll post pictures.

Supposedly Fidanza & Clutchmasters fixed this with the newer ones....I've had my clutchmasters for a year and it has no grinding problems...
