ss brake line

i know this topic has been discuss before and i did a search on this but have not gotten an honest answer. im in the market of upgrading my brakes, currently have on brembo blank, metal master pads and valvoline dot4 fluid, yet my brake is kinda mushy/soft. my question is, will the ss brake line make that much of a difference? theres plenty of people saying its not worth getting, but theres also others saying its well worth the upgrade.i dont want to spend money that wont gain anything. thanx

SS, usually offers a firmer pedal feel and alos gives a more consistent pressure to the caliper since there is alot less flex in the line whne pressure is applied to the brake.
