The following is a list of cross referenced vehicles that use the same NGK PZFR6F-11 Laser Platinum spark plug.
So now if you're ever in a fix and can't wait the amount of time it takes to order them through the Internet, you can try one of the dealers for any of the vehicles below. This should help if say you have a Mazda (or any other manufacturer) dealer much closer to you than a Honda dealer.
Great list, but what's the difference between that and just going to AutoZone or O'Reilly's? Do they not offer this exact stock plug or something, just incase you don't want "aftermarket" plugs?

It might depend on your area but around me finding that plug at an AutoZone is next to impossible. No one around me stocks that exact plug, they DO have others that you can use but I know some people are very picky and like to stick with the stock plugs.
Going to Advanced, Autozone, PepBoys, and the like will not get you a NGK PZFR6F-11. What it will get you is a Autozone special... which is a big nono in a lude
The only chain auto store I have seen to carry these NGKs are Napa
