Smashed my polyurethane front lip, can it be fixed?

So on my way to work tonight a cat ran out in front of me, did my best to avoid it but I still smoked it with the front corner, which cracked my brand new polyurethane front lip in half (Mugen lip on my 3rd gen). Just curious if there's a way to patch it and fix it up or if it's toast and I need to get a new one? It's the middle of the night now, so I'll take pics in the morning when I get home and post them up. Any help would be awesome, thanks

OK so after some reading online, and a few videos on YouTube, I think I've found the solution...JB Weld. This is what I started with:

Held up with a shoelace so I could get to work:

It had hauled 6 of the mounting screws through the bumper, I rescrewed it to the bumper:

Then plaster inside the crack with JB Kwik-Weld and held it in place by hand for 10mins while it set, also smeared some weld on the inside and outside of the crack:

From a distance you'd never even notice it:

Tomorrow (hopefully) I'll sand down the JB Weld and then I'll have to paint the lip, I'll update with pics

It would have been better if you taken the lip off. I hope you do that when you paint it.

Yeah I left the lip on when I patched it to keep the shape, this thing was quite warped from shipping and was a complete b*tch to get to fit perfect. I was afraid if I patched it when it was removed it wouldn't have the same shape when I reattached it
