Should I trade my lude?

As some of you might know I got into a bad wreck and my Prelude is getting fixed. There is some bad frame damage and I've had too much trouble with this car. This guy wants to trade me straight up:

http://www.houston-imports.com/forum...ad.php?t=82228

Originally S model, JDM h22 swap, then h23 tranny swap.

Thoughts?

And what is this all about??
NoeXistenZ1 (12:25:23 AM): oh.i just thought of something
NoeXistenZ1 (12:26:02 AM): before the guy sold me the car, it began to have an idle surge. we replaced the fast idle thermo valve and it didnt help. we finally bypassed it
NoeXistenZ1 (12:26:08 AM): so it doesnt surge anymore
NoeXistenZ1 (12:26:21 AM): theres a write-up on how to bypass the problem
And he said this is what he did: http://hpoa.org/showthread.php?t=4720

I'm very broken on what to do. My car has ~100k miles, H22, no problems, I dunno what to do.

My lude: http://www.houston-imports.com/forum...ad.php?t=98162

id pass
cars with swaps or anything usually run into issues later rather than a stock stock car

Is it a straight trade meaning no cash involved? If so then that sounds pretty fishy since obviously the investment he made in the car outweighs what the value of your car is worth.

Yea, I'm just gonna keep mine. I'll be happy once it's all fixed, it should be out next week.

Yea true. His car is a piece of crap compared to mine. And I just talked to the body shop, and I let them know that if I'm not satisfied, they're not getting my insurance check... so they're on the ball now.
