A Service Shop Actually did the Right Thing!!

So! I get a set of 4 New tires (Cooper Zeon 205/45ZR17) at a local Midas Shop. Told the guy He had to include a 4 Wheel Alignment in the deal. He agrees. I pick up the car and all is good. Fast forward to last week (4 months)..I have an accident and as part of the repairs I tell them to do an alignment...I find out ALL my specs are way out...Tow, Camber, Caster. Now I know my camber is off due to the coil overs (Lowered height)..but My tow and Caster shouldn't be WAY off.

I go back to the Midas Shop and raise holy hell!! I'm told I'll be contacted in 72 hours. A week goes by and nothing. So I call them and get voicemail. I leave a nasty message and mention the Attorney General.

I get a call today..."We are getting a NEW Alignment machine installed this week. We want you to come in...we will replace all your tires and complete an alignment free of charge"

I guess they didn't want to deal with Eric T. Schneiderman!!!
