I first wanted to say thanks to Basil for showing me that the s2k wheel is practically a direct bolt-on.
His write up was also very useful when I was doing the install. The few tips and pics that I have now are merely to elaborate on what he's already said.

Here are the completed shots:
Here is the s2000 humping the Prelude wheel. The bottom two are flush, so you can see the s2k wheel is noticeably smaller.
Install took me about 1.5 hours going slow. I was damn paranoid about possibly having the airbag go off while I was taking off the stock wheel and putting in the new wheel.
But the wheel I got for a good price considering I got them to throw in a driver's side stock side garnish (I ran over my old one). Apparently I got a brand new wheel cuz Mike from the junkyard said this car was wrecked or something while they were unloading it. When I got the wheel the plastic layer piece was still stuck to the "H" on the steering wheel.
Impressions: The wheel is
VERY nice. It's noticeably beefier than the stock wheel and the grooves are more suited for aggressive driving. I personally believe all sporty cars should have 3 spokes wheels. On top of that, they should be beefy so you feel more substance as you grip it tight during mtn. runs or auto-x's. Seeing as how the Prelude's stock wheel lacked this and me wanting a functional airbag as well...the s2000 wheel was the obvious choice.
My only problem so far is that the steering wheel, like Boyguan's is a little off. I took the steering wheel off again, re-adjusted it, tested it, still off, took it off again..and finally figured out that the splines on the steering wheel aren't perfect. So I basically did the install
3 times!! I never noticed an alignment problem before with my stock wheel...so I'm assuming the splines on the s2000 wheel aren't perfectly matched up to those from our stock wheel. My friend suggested that I can have my tie rods adjusted when I get my next alignment. It's not HORRIBLY off, just noticeably so (at least to my anal a$$).
Also, I can't see the "side" and "down" arrows on my Valentine 1 anymore. Looks like I'll have to relocate that unit
