question about alignment and replacing control arms

well my buddy bought a DA integra. it has a pretty bad shake at around 80mph even after alignment... it's not the wheels because they were balanced the same day. so most likely something is bent.

what's the best way to tell which suspension pieces need replacing? or do you pretty much just buy as much as you can afford to replace?

might be worn out tie rod ends...

I get the steering wheel shakes in my lude... I'm gonna replace all the tie rods, rotors, and get an alignment. I hope it'll be fixed after all that work and money
