Preparing for IM swap

Getting prepared for IM swap, what gaskets should I replace at the same time?
All I can think of are Hondata IM and throttle body gaskets.
Anything else?

Only other thing you can replace are the O-rings for the injectors

That's pretty much all you need. I would also clean out your EGR valve (don't know that it matters for the Skunk2 I guess) and clean out your throttle body with carb cleaner. Probably should replace your PCV valve while you're at it too.

Speaking of which, I am still looking for a test mule to go to Outlaw Engineering and get some free gaskets. I can't seem to convince anyone withing driving distance of them to go.

Please, someone take this opportunity to go there and get some gaskets made for the H22 for the rest of us! A great time to do this if you're getting an IM swap, cause Outlaw will essentially do it for you!

Would it be easier to replace the Fuel Filter during the IM swap?

probably b/c you'd have more room to work w/ the IM out.
If you're over due or almost due for one I'd go for it.

If you're still looking for other things to buy/replace you can also do motor mounts if you don't have them yet. Probably MUCH easier to do the rear one w/ the IM out of the car.

Also pickup some metal to fab an IACV bracket LOL.
