My prelude is leaking a lot of motor oil i think the mechanic told me the last time i change my transmission the the cranshaft seal are bad now how do change these Thank You!

front or back seal? or both?

Start from the top and work your way down, clean the engine first, run it then check for leaks. Never start by looking at the bottom from under the car as oil is naturally going to run down not up.
