Please help...JDM fog light install problem

For the 4th gen fog light RELAY and SWITCH install:

I hooked up a brand new OEM RELAY to a aftermarket switch using these (3) wires:

Red/Yellow (positive)
Red/Green (illumination for switch)
Black (negative ground all the time)

Are these the correct wires that I use for the switch???

Also, when I turn on the headlight low beams and the switch (illuminated), the RELAY makes this decently loud continuous buzzing noise and it only goes away after I turn off the switch.

I know this has been asked but there wasn't a clear answer to this problem and I'm afraid that it's damaging something.

Please help me out with this problem as soon as you can.

Thanks so much!!!
