Obd2 scanner

I have a 99 Honda prelude base, and the check engine light is on. I want to buy a scanner. eBay has one for cheap. It's a UIFTECH U480 CAN OBD-II Code Reader. Is this code reader a good one to get? Any info on this would be great! I don't have a Tom of cash to spend on a scanner.
Thanks

You don't need a scanner to pull the code. Check out the FAQ in the 5th gen section. There's a post by Kronn that explains how to pull the code and a list of what all the codes mean.
