New Radiator leaking?
There was a heat wave in Minnesota today, it hit 35F. So I went out to replace my radiator. Got the new one in, filled it up with coolant. Let it warm up to burp out the air bubbles, while adding some more coolant. I put the cap on and took it for a drive. I get back and notice it is steaming around the radiator cap. The radiator I put in was a stock Koyo, my old cap looked better made than the one it came with, so I reused it. So I thought maybe the new cap would work better, so after the car cooled a bit I put the new cap on and it had the same problem. Any ideas?
My car is a 97 SH.
