NGK are the only plugs you should ever put in a Honda. I had Bosch +4's in mine and it was sluggish and hasitated. As soon as I put the NGK's in it ran 100% better.
My $0.02

Don't get Bosh plugs, they are horrible. The stock plugs are NGK PZFR6F-11. They are platinum plugs, and you should replace them every 60k or so. They run about $12 a plug. If you don't mind changing your plugs every year or so go with the NGK BKR6E-11, they are the same specs are the stock platinum plugs but are copper ($2 a plug).
Most auto stores carry these plugs, don't settle for some off the wall brand plugs either. The only other plugs I would suggest are Denso's, they seem to do well (not as high of quality as NGK IMO).

NGK all the way. I've never had any problems with them, the car always runs great!

What about Iridiums, NGK makes some Irdium IX? What is the difference between these and platinums? Are they supposed to give better performance?

I'd get the copper NGK's and change them more often.

Every 30k miles is a waste of time. Look at the owners manual, the spark plugs are good till 105k. Don't waste time and money changing them every 30k. I have 65k on my stock ones right now. Never a problem.

i don't know what plugs you're using, but even platinum i would suggest you to change every 60k miles or so
