Need help with torque on neuspeed rear sway bar

I just got my neuspeed rear swar bar for my 5th gen base. it didnt come with instructions or anything so if some who has one could get me a copy that would be great. email it to BoYgUaN@aol.com well i looked through the helms and found most of the torque specs but there is one i dont understand. this swar bar came with some bolts and some nylon nuts. how much torque shoukd be applied and where should it be used. i havent taken a real good look at the bar and what i need to do for the install yet cuz i have been busy but need some help.

Sway Bar install

The instruction sheet is kind of vague. The bolts with the "nylok" nuts should be tightened until the "U" shaped piecess are tight to the new brackets. The brackets and sway bar links are tighened to Honda spec.
