i had a post before trying to find some parts for taking out my head..now that i know that parts i was wondering if someone can help me with the part numbers so i can order online

the part numbers i need are:
exhaust manifold bolts (block to headers)
exhaust manifold gasket
cam seals
valve cover gasket kit
a starter

if anyone can help me with these part number i would be very greatful.. THANKS

thanks alot!!! its weird cuz when i was on that site they showed different pictures when i picked the category..like when i picked exhaust manifold they showed the intake manifold...

also do you know the part number for the little vtec oraphis ring located when the valve cover and head is off?
