need help BAD engine sound

so i was taking a friend home today and there was a really bad sound coming from the passenger side what could this be.i have bad feeling about this.and anyknow of a good shop in southern pa like near york?

bad sound, passenger side:
wheel is falling off
calliper fell into the wheel housing
suspension broke
transmission is shot
axle is f*cked
exhaust is dragging
intake pipe is banging around
your engine hates you

there are some others

sorry bout that i was very flustered.but i got it to a shop the guy said it was prob the tranny.it was sound i have never heard before though it was crazy
