I searched for months for a nice set of OEM floormats for my 4G without having to pay an arm and a leg for them. I stumbled upon a post on another forum where the guy had ordered floormats from www.ggbailey.com and he said they were exactly like the OEM mats.
I ordered mine last Friday and they came in today. I didn't take pics of the rear ones:
They're pretty much perfect, only they don't say 'Prelude' on them or have the 'H'. On the site you can customize the colors, border, heel guard, and even write something on them or include a logo (but their logos are rather limited). They were only $106 after shipping.
good to know. But I just stocked up on some new 5thgen ones.

Because they're discontinued and even with a whole carpet, I'd still want mats
Its crazy how we protect a carpet by putting another carpet on top of it
i was recently at the parts dept at a local honda dealership and the parts guy told me that the 5th gen OEM mats can still be purchased brand new...they are about $130 or so...im not sure if its for 4-peices or just the 2 fronts...also, many have said that the 5th gen mats will fit the 4th gens pretty closely....

the latter 99-01 solid style graphite black mats should be still available, not sure about the quantity though. The earlier 97-98 patterned black mats have been discontinued.

Maybe I am just lucky I have a 98 with the two tone interior, but my makes are more tan/beige checkerboard and I bought a set for $40 new online. Don't remember if it was handa, majestic or what, but that was cheap for all four.
Not like a needed new ones for the back. Noone ever site there and they never get dirty much less wear out.
If you want OEM mats you can still find them- go to your local dealer and ask them to search the dealer network for them. They can give you the name/phone of a dealer that will more than likely be glad to sell and ship them to you. I recently got a set of OEM tan ones for my 97 (haven't been made since 98).

Ya, when I get this carpet in I think I am just going to buy some plastic/rubber mats to go over my floor mats....
I have been really busy this summer with my 4th gen, jdm h22, carputer, just painted it super marine blue..., and just started restoring the interior...my plan by the time im done is for the car to look brand spankin new....Once I get my lips done I am going to make a big thread on her....
Do 5th gen mats fit pretty good? I havent really looked into it much...
