Need balancer shafts for H23 - Honda Prelude Forum

I don't know if other engines will fit my H23a2.
A broken rod damaged at least one of the balancer shafts not sure about the other.

I've been told it's impossible to buy them new, so I'm looking for a good used ones.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

You obviously didn't even try to look but they are still available from the dealer as all H and F series motors use the same balance shafts. If you are looking to pull more performance out of the engine removing the balance shafts will trump any bolt on out there for more response if you don't wanna spend money on new ones.

So for instance the F22B/A Accord engine balancers are compatible with Prelude H series ? didn't know that. Good thanks for you help.

Well I was wrong, the rear is the same but the front has a different part #.

I'd honestly just run the engine without them, you don't need them and the only time you'll feel a lot of extra vibration in the car is if you have aftermarket mounts or your stock mounts are bad.
