my front bumper got owned :/

I was making a right turn today and turned too sharp and ended up losing control and fell straight into a ditch...:/

looks like it just damaged the front bumper. Only one fog light seems to be working but I dont think its too damaged, maybe just the bulb out of the socket or something ....I hope.

Anybody think its repairable? Or just get a new one? Thanks.

U guys think I should be able to sell the front bumper along with the busted lip?

Damn, that sucks. At least your lights survived the accident. It's kind of hard to tell, but did your bumper split down the middle on the bottom?

yeah, the middle doesn't stick out like it used to do. It kinda just got jammed in and the lip looks more flat now. It doesn't look like the lip may be repairable. But the front bumper seems to be repairable huh?

^How much?

PS: The bumper looks like you could "rig" it if you don't feel like spending money, but I'd say you should buy a new one and have it painted.

anybody think I'll be able to sell it for cheap like that? I'll take it to a body shop and prolly sell it for the price to get it fixed.

^Considering how cheap an OEM is I doubt anyone would want it.

True. I've been meaning to get a mugen replica front bumper. They cost roughly about $175 + shipping (not sure how much shipping is).

I was thinking...maybe to repair and repaint the bumper now is gonna cost about $200 and i'll be losing a WWRS front lip ($150). So I'd be spending about $350.

Roughly the cost of the mugen replica painted eh? Only thing will be i''ll need to find someone to trade my wwrs skirts/rear for their mugen

uh doubt that's too repairable. atleast I wouldn't want a repaired/fiberglassed/bondo'd front bumper on my car. That's just asking for spiderwebbed paint.
Besides, new bumpers are freaking cheap. expect 300 just for repaint from a decent bodyshop

The lip is defanitly repairable if you feel like fixing it. I hit a cone doing about 80mph and all that happened was that the paint chipped off. My bumper had a huge chunk broken off though. You'll just have to sand it down and repaint it. Did the shop paint the front lip while it was on the bumper?

yes,

Vis racing gave me a quote of $305 shipped for a mugen replica bumper...I might do it!

if you do decide to sell the lip, how much would you want for it since it'd need to be repaired and repainted
