looking for a lil help

i got a idea this morning on a what could be a very nice way to mount a harman kardon i-pod thing.i came up with the idea of putting it right above the clock but i want it integrated into the plastic.so where i may help is how do i do this?haha ive seen people with custom stuff like that but i have no idea how they do it.so any help would be great

you need to pry up that plastic piece. there's a bunch of those metal clips holding it in place.. i'll try to get a picture of the back up later if no one else provides one. after you pry it up and disconnect the clock and emergency blinker light, just drill or cut away at it till you have what you want. as for how you make it look good thats all on you..
