well not really, it opens and closes fine hot or cold, I cant really tell a difference. I got a drill and drilled holes into the fiber glass backing to the hood exactly where the stock squirters are on the stock hood were.i sanded off the tabs on the squirters themselves. Then i used the little plastic screw/clip thing and out it into the hole that i drlled out, and used doulbe sided tape to secure it perfectly. sounds kinda ghetto, but hey it works good and its going anywhere soon.
