Sometimes I am just ashamed to own a Honda. I try to take care of my car and I am proud of it but I see so many dumb sh*ts driving their civics around like a mad man.

I was coming back from Atlantic City today and after driving for 7 hours I had some kook juice swerving behind me with his civic si. He was revving at me because I was driving my MOMS Bimer. How *** is that. HE WAS REVVING AT A DAMN 318!!!!!! What a ***! Haha not only was it a 4 cyilnder, but its an automatic.. haha.

Golly gee mom. When can I have my very own Si so I can show off to my girlfriend.
/ end rant

Joon -

I am only 20 so gambling was a bit risky. I always had the pit bosses staring at me but for some reason they never carded me.

I only played Let it Ride, Craps, and some slot machines.

I lost up to $45. But thats not bad.

lol. my mom bought a 1st gen probe gt (the turbo 4 version) when she was about 50. it actually drove OK... until the dealer forgot to connect some critical portion of the turbo and all hell broke loose. she traded it in for a volvo c70 hpt.

you think women (not all women, but middle-aged) would give a crap about ATTS, or 4WS, or VTEC???
i personally think they are targeted at US, mature twenty-somethings.

Taj Mahal???
JOON, why don't you just give me your money and save the trouble of driving down there? hehehe j/k

Hey NG, USC is going down this year in football when UCLA pounds em hard!

But that woulda been a beauty if USC and UCLA met up at Elite 8. But that damned Jason Williams ruined it all.

Performance wise, the Ford Probe GT is no joke. It hangs right up their w/ our ludes in terms of most performance numbers. It's just made by Ford...is all.

Ford Probe engines are made by Mazda. It says it on the valve cover too.

I've driven both cars, and I own a 96 Probe GT. The engine in our car is Mazda manufactured, many prober's are starting to drop the Japenese-Spec version of the engine into probes (stock 200HP vs. 164 HP american).

Anyways, Hondas use VTEC--that works on cams.
Probes use VRIS (variable resonance induction system), that works with the intake manifold. So after you hit 3K on the RPM's, 7K comes by really fast Much the same way it feels like in a VTEC, only it isnt loud. In fact, with my experience the VRIS sounds more like a turbo.

My 2 cents.

Btw, i'd have to say the newer 5spd ludes, and the old style SRV's are faster in general.

Is it just me or is his arguement based on the fact that our cars need to rev up to vtec in every gear? Which is obviously only the case for 1st gear as long as you know how to drive your car
