How to remove fog lights ....that has rusted screws?

I tried removing my fog lights to replace the bulbs... They are holded by 1 screw but that screw is rusted lol. I tried spraying some screw rust (the blue can, forgot the name). Didn't help at all...any suggestions? Should i get a longer philip screw driver? Mine is like ... just long enough for me to turn it but with not much torque.....

I have the oem's SH's fog lights (the round ones) What bulb it uses so i can order it? Thank you everyone for your time.

just pb blast it, and make sure you have the right size screwdriver. i thikn its like a #1, right? it needs a lot of torque so you'll never get it off if you're using a #2

i would try pb blaster - let it sit

and you might want a longer screw driver, and make sure you get the right size head on it. it just took me a lot of force
