Yes it works; there are 100 people in this thread who did it. Why would you think otherwise?

...and advise for those of you who are having trouble getting your o2's out. Heat up the o2 sensor bung with a torch or something very hot and then use vise grips to get it out. This is what I had to do. I tried everything...even a pipe wrench and I just stripped my old o2 sensor into a perfect circle.
By driving the car until it reaches operating temp. the sensor will come out easily with a O2 sensor socket (22MM/7/8").

Also for those of you having clearance issues with two foulers - buy this instead it has a 90 degree angle to it

This mod is great. The $9 I paid for the nonfoulers is a lot cheaper than a new cat.

I have a 5th gen prelude, and yesterday i went and bought the non foulers. But they won't fit my o2 sensor. The non foulers are not big enough for my o2 sensor to screw intot, and too small to screw into my cat. The o2 sensor won't screw into it at all. Dose anyone know what size hole my o2 sensor screws into? The threads on my o2 sensor are much bigger then spark plug threads, and a wider diameter thread shaft. I'm stumped!

Someone makes a part for this and its one piece no drilling needed. I used it on my civic as the sensor was pointed up and with the two non foulers plus the sensor and wire it hit the chassis when installed. I was worried about snapping wires or the sensor while driving. I think it might have been passwordjdm or someone like that. Made the location of the sensor much better and worked great.

I just bought the wrong one. I went to a different parts place and they had a bigger selection of non foulers. Now I have the right one, and so far no cel. I'm very happy!!! I wound up getting a help! 42002 instead of a 42009. I believe the 42002 is a little bit longer then the 42009.
