What color are they? i have red sparco torinos and after they were in the car for about 6 months they were starting to get really dirty. the seats were no longer the bright red they were when i first got them, and in some cases you could see a lot of dirt in stuff on them, ecspecially the driver seat cuz it is used so much more often. i was thinking i would need to steamclean them or something but first i went down to target and picked up a bottle of generic "spot and stain remover" from the automotive section. the stuff i got is called Tuff Stuff and it was like $2.99 for the whole bottle. its the stuff thats comes out as a foam then you use the plastic brush on the tip of the bottle and brush the foam in, let it soak for a minute then use a towel and wipe it up. after i did this to both seats they looked brand new again just like when i first got them. try something like that first, if not, you may need to get them steam cleaned

I personally would use a carpet shampooer (the ones with uposltry attachments) and fill it with just water and see how much dirt you can get out. If you do use a chemical make sure you test it in a hidden spot first and make sure it doesn't do anything to the color (it probably won't, but I have seen some cleaning agents discolor items).

sigh yeah i tried soaking the red cloth in water..... and the water started turning red so I started to freak and pulled it out =P cleaned it somewhat and the color didn't seem to fade at all, but red water can't be a good thing .....
