Help, just stripped the stupid rotor screw

I just stripped the stupid Rotor screw while i was trying to change out my cap and rotor. That thing was on there like a mother. I don't know what to do now. Just how exactly do u remove that bolt. I was using a philips screw driver, but the dam thing wouldn't budge, then i ended up rouding off the head of the screw. Crap... is there some technique to removing a stripped screw.

drill it out
screw extractors really dont work that well
either that or bring it to a mrchanic and let them worry about it

Damn that sucks, happened to me. But I just kept on working the screw driver(helps to have the right size) and it came out. Try not to over tighten all you need is like 6 lbs.
