That bearing should be replaced anyways. Press it off and replace it and dont forget to replace the race in the housing so they match. I only count ten bolts in my helms manual.

Yes, just buy the differential bearings. They should fit if it is indeed a 5Gen LSD (the 4Gen LSD probably would fit as well).

your dog is trying to eat you in one of the pictures.

i doubt the dealer will have that. epecially ed voyle, they suck ass.

try the place behind nopi. they seem to know a lot. engineering performance, something in that line of the name.

nopi off of cumberland mall.

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...++DIFFERENTIAL
Parts 7 and 8 are what you want.

Also, that diagram shows 10 bolt holes????? Double check your part.
I will check the pictures of my Quaife later for you as well.

Yes, a dealer will have the bearings (or can order them). I would order them online myself; www.hparts.com, www.manhonda.com, www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

Okay let me check with the shop, they may be kicking around somewhere.

Your USDM bolts won't fit, that's why i had to send you the FD and bolts.

man I HAVE to... I am having all of my friends from florida and GA meet me next weekend for a drag/autox... I REALLY don't want to miss out on it, so worst comes to worse, I'll just have the clutch and flywheel put in and just sell the LSD for what I can get for it in the condition

Just order the bolts from Honda. They aren't that expensive, and I highly doubt that the JDM bolts are different from the USDM bolts.

The bearings and races won't fit if you order them from honda.

The differential is way different than the one found in the trans, it's larger, has more bolts, and the bearings and races are different. I don't know where you're going to be able to get them.

What? It looks similar to the bearings on my 5Gen differential.

You don't have to change driveshafts to use this diff, right? So I would imagine the drive shaft "couplers" on this LSD would be the same dimensions as it is on the stock diff, and the bearing races fit into the tranny casing, so how different could the bearings be?
