My car has a connecting rod chatter, which i know is a problem, and the valve train keeps getting noisy, even after I adjust the valves...

My car started overheating....
What is it ?

The problem is that you can't validate any of that without tearing down the block. I would not automatically conclude that your rods are knocking, unless you have a very specific reason for it. It's best to address your issues one at a time:

If you are overheating, check your coolant level (leaks), radiator, and radiator cap.

The valvetrain could be more serious. Do a leakdown to rule out bent valves.

Take your timing cover off and look at the T-belt. A bad autotensioner could cause some of the problems you describe.

bent valves ? from a loose connecting rod could that bend the valves?

the fluid level is up to the top of the radiator and the cap is 1.1 i think

thanks ill tear it down and ill and post what i can find
