H23A blue top vtec vavles adjustment

I search and search and nothing to be found.... I want to know what the clearance should be? been wanting to do a valve adjustment for a while now. This is for the H23A VTEC BLUE TOP motor.

Since it's the same as an H22 head, I would think the clearances should be the same.

Yeah the cams aren't any different, if anything they are less aggressive than a H22a.

Intake: 0.15-0.19mm (0.006-0.007in)
Exhaust: 0.17-0.21mm (0.007-0.008in)

Adjust them to something in the middle of the range given like 0.17mm intake and 0.19mm exhaust.
