H22 head on F22B block

My buddy has a 95 accord F22B. He wants to have a DOHC setup. Can he just buy a H22 head and slap it on his current block? What sort of ECU mod will he need to do if this is possible? Anybody done this before?

Its been done quite a few times actually and from what I've seen without too much trouble. Your best bet would be to search HT to find out all the details.
