H&R sport vs race

I currently have H&R race springs with koni yellow shocks and wanna do something about my problems that come with lowering so i was thinking of going to H&R sports, but i've heard that there isn't a significant difference is that true??

Which 'problems that come with lowering' are you referring to?

Why don't you just get adjustable coilovers?

IIRC H&R sports were 1.25 " drop.

If you're really on a budget, Toms racing has some GC knockoffs that perform just as well for like $100.

They are probably good enough since they were on a race civic that had high spring rates then I took them and put 450lb springs on them and drove that around for a year with events and such.
