usually most of the company won't pay for shipping no matter it's their fault or not, unfortunately

did you have insurance on the shipping? that's what i always do and and advise the buyers if the items need to be shipped, cause in that case, you can cliam it from the insurace

if you're buying stuffs online, no matter what it is, buy w/ insurance, even if the seller doesn't advise you to, tell them you want insurance, you'll be grateful when things happen, that's my experience

GTP sucks.... i know this from exprience... their rear sucks the most... you got to sand it down a lot to even make it look right .... just send them back and get VIS ones... GTP doesnt have that little flare on the rear pieces like the authentic mugen does... it goes straight down... VIS has that... its a better mold...

Took the words right out of my mouth get what you pay for i just hate to see alfread flamed ... GTP sucks when it comesto customer satisfaction imo.
