Gauging Interest for Official PreludeOnline.com t-shirts!

Hey guys,

I'm trying to iron out the details on the Official PO.com t-shirts. My idea was trying to keep it simple since we have a wide and mixed amount of members who have everything from a stock 3rd gen to a super modified 5th gen. I also like the shirt ideas from JHPUSA.com with their chassis shirts but of course, they never made any for us Prelude owners (only for DC2, DC5, EG, EK, etc owners). So I after playing with a couple ideas, I came up with these samples.

4th gen (we could produce BB1 shirts as well for non-vtec chassis owners)

5th gen...

Depending on the interest, prices can range from 17-20$ (shipped within the 48 states) and that's for any size. For now, I would like to keep it simple with the colors and make it available in black/white and possibly some other basic colors. I'm thinking that this will be the '1st edition' shirts and if production goes well, we'll release another PO.com 'series' t-shirt with a different design. Again, depending on how things work out, we might move on to other PO.com merchandise such as caps, hoodies, stickers, license plate frames, etc but let's see how the shirts work out.

If you are interested, please post how many you would like and what size(s) you would need.

Cheers,

Keith

I'm down. Don't know how i feel about that whole "My other body is a..." deal. I'd rather just have the preludeonline.com and outline of the car in front. Either way works for me though. Count me in. Probably will get all colors available. (i.e. black...white...whateverelse)

kudos to you for trying to get this together. Been wanting some PO attire for a while now.

Same here. Except I'd like a 5th gen outline.

If you look closely the BB6 shirt IS a 5th Gen outline. You can see the discrepencies between the two on the front and rear bumpers.

I like the creativity Keith. Good work.

Yeah, I'm iffy about the slogan as well... I'm not sold on it either... maybe somebody can come up with a better one? Or maybe just have the back as the front with the chassis listed somewhere and call it for the day... thoughts?

I agree with Keith. I think we should switch the "My other body is..." part to the back and place the outline in the front.

I would def get one with a 4th gen outline

count me in...i say leave the back how it is. for the front i say just have a contour of the car similar to the back(smaller of course) but instead be a complete contour(5th or 4th) on the right chest....

how about a LOGO of PO.com on the front left corner in replacement of the slogan, and leave the back as is. Clean and simple!!

I'm in as long as its not over $20/shirt.

Another idea: Put Malken's car (the banner at top of page) or another decked out Lude on the front, and leave the back graphics as is, or vice-versa.

Oh, and change the spelling of COME to C U M.

not crazy about the "my oher body is a" part but the rest of the shirt looks good. I'll take a BB6 in L.

A suggestion for alternate fronts is to have the BB1/BB4/BB6 as is and under it in the smaller text have it say "driver". Or above the BB6 have it say "I drive a..."

I like the idea, but not really any reason that type of shirt should cost that much unless you're tryin' to make a decent chunk of change off of them.
