Front end wobbling when braking please help!!!

I have a 1996 honda prelude si, when i brake the wheel starts wobbling pretty bad, today it started wobbling while I was on the freeway, anything over 50mph and it starts wobbling any ideas?
Also, I was having problems shifting, so I replaced my master and slave cylinders and bypassed the buffer with a steel braided clutch line and still Im having problems. since I got it fixed, It has been working fine but today it started shifting a lil harder, I chilled for a lil while at the house and when I had to leave again, it was shifting fine. Eventually it starting shifting harder and harder until I literally had to force it into gear on the backed up freeway. finally I got it up to the mall where I was headed and it wouldnt shift at all, I had to push it into the parking spot. when I got out of the mall after about 20 minutes, I decided to try it before I called a tow truck and it shifted smooth as can be all the way home. what the f*ck, how stupid is that? My first thought was the clutch but if it were the clutch, when it broke wouldnt it just be broke? instead of working than not working? am I right in thinking it is the pressure plate or springs? any ideas or advice would help thanks.

So it also shakes when just doing over 50 mph and not braking? If so I would also look to make sure you didn't throw a wheel weight. Also check tie rod ends and ball joints and that all lug nuts are tight. How are the condition of the tires?

The wobble/shake when braking is the rotors though.
